【摘要】 在区域一体化背景下,构建一体化的高速管理体系是保障区域高速路网有序通行和良性运转,实现区域协调与可持续发展的重要路径。但是,长期以来,京津冀三省市缺乏从区域交通网络系统的角度考虑、缺乏整体认识和意识,没有形成一个高速管理的"一张图"。因此,如何构建一体化的现代高速管理系统,实现区域内的协调通行,已成为京津冀三地普遍关注的问题。本文从分析京津冀高速管理体制的发展现状及存在的问题入手,在借鉴国内外成功经验的基础上,提出京津冀高速管理体制一体化建设的发展思路,即规划一体化、政策一体化、信息一体化和技术标准一体化。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of regional integration, the construction of integrated highway management system is an important way to ensure the orderly and healthy operation of regional road network, to achieve regional coordination and sustainable development. However, for a long time, the three regions lack regional transportation network system and overall awareness.
