【摘要】 创业和新企业成长已成为推动经济社会发展的重要力量,在激发创新与促进就业等方面的贡献越来越突出。作为发掘国家创业活动的驱动要素、揭示创业与经济增长间关系和评估国家创业政策的大型跨国研究项目,文章对全球创业观察(Global Entrepreneurship Monitor,GEM)项目进行了系统性综述,首先对GEM项目的实施背景、研究目标、研究设计和调研方法进行论述;其次分析了GEM项目的研究模型及其理论涵义;然后对基于GEM调研数据发表的经典实证学术论文及其研究发现进行了深入评介;最后,阐述了GEM项目的研究贡献,指出了GEM项目的应用价值及其对我国创业管理学者的研究启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Entrepreneurship and new ventures have become an important force in promoting economic and social development, making a prominent contribution to stimulating innovation and employment. As a large multinational research project to explore the driving elements of national entrepreneurial activities, reveal the relationship between entrepreneurship and economic growth, and evaluate national entrepreneurship policy, this paper makes a systematic review of the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor(GEM) project. It firstly introduces the implementation background, research objectives, research design and research methods of the GEM, followed by an analysis of the theoretical model and its implications of the GEM project. Then it makes a depth review of the classic empirical papers based on the GEM survey data. Finally, it points out the research contributions of the GEM project, and the value of the GEM project to domestic entrepreneurial management scholars.更多还原
