【摘要】 冰雪运动人才储备对我国冰雪产业发展有重要作用。文章探讨了我国冰雪人才储备的常见问题,着重针对我国冰雪人才稀缺的现象做出探讨,提出多领域多渠道吸收专业人才的相关建议。结论表明:我国有必要对冰雪人才培养加以关注。建议多方面多路径吸收培养竞技体育人才,以政府为主导推动冰雪运动教学规范化,鼓励民间资本进驻专业冰雪运动员培养体系等。短时间扩大冰雪运动受众,全面吸收高技术专业冰雪人才,灵活有机的为我国冰雪运动事业发展提供人才支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ice and snow sports talent reserves play an important role in the development of China’s ice and snow industry.In this paper I discuss the common problems in ice and snow talent reserves in China,particularly the scarcity of ice and snow professional. I argue that China needs to pay greater attention to the training of ice and snow personnel. To this end,I suggest that new channels should be opened up to recruit talent from various areas through multiple channels,that instruction should be standardized in a government-led manner,and that private capital should be encouraged to be injected into the training of ice and snow professionals. All these measures aim to increase in a short time the number of ice and snow sports participants,and to attract high-level professionals from different areas.更多还原
