【摘要】 目的研究缺血性心肌病(Ischemic Cardiomyopathy,ICM)型冠心病老年患者行丹参川芎嗪和环磷腺苷联合治疗对临床效果、心电图及预后的影响。方法选取本院2014年06月~2016年06月收治的ICM型冠心病104例老年患者资料进行分析,按照临床选择的不同治疗方案分成2组,均为52例,将行常规+安慰剂治疗患者作为对照组,将行丹参川芎嗪和环磷腺苷联合治疗患者作为观察组,对两组临床效果、心电图及预后情况加以对比分析。结果观察组治疗后6min步行距离(282.55±30.30)m比对照组(243.53±30.20)m长,且步行后心肌耗氧量、心率值改善效果均比对照组优(p<0.01);观察组心电图总有效率71.15%比对照组51.92%高,且预后心功能指标水平均比对照组优(p<0.05,p<0.01)。结论 ICM型冠心病老年患者行丹参川芎嗪和环磷腺苷联合治疗效果满意,能够延长患者6min步行距离,改善心肌耗氧量、心率值和心电图效果,且促进患者心功能改善,值得临床推广及应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of combination therapy of salvia miltiorrhiza and cyclophosphamide on clinical study, electrocardiogram and prognosis in elderly patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy(ICM). Methods A total of 104 elderly patients with ICM coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were analyzed,which divided into two groups according to the different treatment regimen,each group were 52 cases.The patients given conventional + placebo treatment as control group, and the treatment of Salvia miltiorrhiza and tetracycline adenosine monophosphate as observation group, then compared and analyzed the clinical effects,electrocardiogram and prognosis of the two groups. Results The walking distance of the observation group(282.55 ±30.30)m was longer than that the control group(243.53 ± 30.20)m at 6 minutes after treatment, and the improvement of heart oxygen consumption and heart rate after walking was better than that of the control group(p<0.01). The total effective rate of observation group ECG 71.15% higher than the control group 51.92%, and prognosis of cardiac function index level than the control group superior(p<0.05, p<0.01). Conclusions The combination therapy of Salvia miltiorrhiza and cyclophosphate in ICM patients with coronary heart disease could prolong the 6-minute walking distance, improve the oxygen consumption, heart rate and electrocardiogram, and improve the cardiac function of the patients, which worth of clinical application and promotion.更多还原
