外固定架结合克氏针有限内固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折

【摘要】 目的 探讨外固定架结合克氏针有限内固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的方法及疗效。方法 自2007年8月至2014年10月收治25例获得完整随访的该类患者,采用手术复位外固定架结合克氏针有限内固定治疗。结果 对该组患者进行20个月至5年的随访,腕关节功能采用Gartland-Werley功能评定标准,优良率83.4%。结论 外固定架结合克氏针有限内固定是治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的方法之一,操作简单,提高了骨折的稳定性,并发症少,功能评定优于单纯应用外固定器。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect and operative treatment of unstable fractures of the distal radius by external fixator combined with K-wire limited internal fixation. Methods From August 2007 to October 2014, 25 patients with unstable fractures of the distal radius were treated and followed up. They were treated by external fixator combined with K-wire limited internal fixation. Results They were followed up for 20 months to 5 years. Using Gartland-Werley scale, excellent and good results accounted for 83.4%. Conclusion The treatment of unstable fractures of the distal radius by using external fixator combined with K-wire limited internal fixation has the advantages of easy performance,satisfactory effect and less complications.更多还原
