双钢板治疗桡骨远端C3型骨折疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 观察掌侧锁定钢板(LCP)联合桡侧或者背尺侧钢板固定治疗C3型桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法 回顾2011年2月至2013年6月间收治的12例桡骨远端C3型骨折,分析掌侧LCP结合桡侧或背尺侧钢板治疗,使用Cooney腕关节功能评分评价其临床疗效,结果 术后1年随访时,按Cooney腕关节功能评分评定功能:优5例,良6例,一般1例。结论 对于C3型桡骨远端骨折,双钢板固定具有复位容易、固定确切、并发症发生率低的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the outcomes of treatment of AO type_C3 distal radius fractures with Volar locking compression plates(VLCP) and Radialis plate or Dorsoulnar plate. Methods From February 2011 to June 2013, 12 cases of AO type_C3 distal radius fractures were treated with VLCP and Radialis plate or Dorsoulnar plate the results of wrist functional status were assessed using the Cooney’s wrist scoring system.Results One year after the operations, 5 cases were graded as excellent, 6 cases as good and 1 case as fair according to Cooney’s wrist scoring system. Conclusions VLCP combined with Radialis plate or Dorsoulnar plate showed many advantages: easier to reduction, firmer fixation and lower rates of complication, in the treatment of C3 distal radius fractures.更多还原
