【摘要】 目的 探讨微血管减压手术治疗老年三叉神经痛患者的策略及临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2008年1月至2012年12月1100例行三叉神经微血管减压手术患者的临床资料,其中≥65岁患者285例为老年组,<65岁患者815例为非老年组,出现复发或随访期结束视为终点。比较两组疗效差异。结果 老年组患者手术疗效与非老年组比较差异无统计学意义,各项并发症两组差异无统计学意义,但并发症累计发生率两组差异有统计学意义。结论 通过严谨的围手术期处理,对能够耐受全身麻醉手术的体健老年三叉神经痛患者,开颅微血管减压手术作为唯一针对病因的治疗手段,仍可作为首选的治疗方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical outcome of microvascular decompression for elderly patients with trigeminal neuralgia by using a retrospective study and discuss the technical note.Methods Patients with trigeminal neura lgia hospitalized at Hangzhou First People’ s Hospital between 2008 and 2012 were chosen for a retrospective study.The patients were divided into elderly group(285cases) and younger group(815 cases).The clinical efficacy was followed for 42 months after surgery.Chi-square test for count data,t test for measurement data,and the calculation of survival rate was by life-table method and Gehan score test.Results No statistically marked differences were observed between the 2 groups in terms of rate of pain control and each complication.But the total complications were statistically different.Conclusions MVD for healthy elderly patients with TN can still be recommended as a primary method with careful perioperative management.更多还原
