X射线荧光光谱法测定地质样品中氯的含量

【摘要】 采用粉末压片制样-X射线荧光光谱法测定土壤及水系沉积物样品中氯的含量。选择国家标准物质按所选定的条件建立校准曲线,并求得方法的检出限为4.2μg·g-1。又根据标准物质中氯的测定值求得其相对标准偏差(n=10)为5.3%。此外,按所提出的方法研究了不同类型土壤及水系沉积物样品中氯的测定值随其重复测定次数的增加而产生变化的规律和原因。试验结果表明:对含氯量较低的样品,随重复测定次数的增加,其氯的测定值持续升高;对含中量氯的样品,其测定值基本不变或略微升高;而含氯较高的样品,其氯的测定值随重复测定次数的增加而稍有下降。对此现象作了探讨并给出初步的解释。

【Abstract】 XRFS with sample preparation by pressure-moulding was applied to the determination of chlorine in samples of soil and river sediment.A set of CRM′s was selected to prepare the calibration curve,and values of detection limit and RSD(n=10)were found to be 4.2μg·g-1 and 5.3%respectively.Furthermore,a study on the law and cause of variation of the determined values of chlorine contents in various types of soil and sediment samples as changed with the increase of frequency of replicate determinations,was made by applying the proposed method.It was shown that for samples of low chlorine contents,the determined values of chlorine contents were found to be increased with the increase of frequency of replicate determinations;and for samples with medium chlorine contents,values of chlorine content determined were kept relatively unchanged or raised only slightly;and for samples with high chlorine contents,the chlorine contents determined in replicate determinations were found lowered to a slight extents.A brief discussion and preliminary explanation for this phenomenon were given.
