长效有机-无机复混肥料研制及应用效果分析

【摘要】 介绍脲甲醛的制备机制、性能及制备方法。用不同聚合程度的脲甲醛聚合物与钾肥、磷肥、氮肥、有机肥料、其他所需填料混配生产不同缓释期的长效有机-无机复混肥料,并考察其在玉米上的施用效果。结果表明,与等养分的常规肥料相比,每667 m~2增产玉米70.0 kg。产品综合了有机肥、无机肥和长效肥的特点,肥料养分齐全充足,在保障玉米稳产的基础上,减少化肥施用量,一次性施用,降低了劳动投入,既节约资源,又保护环境。

【Abstract】 The preparation mechanism, performance and preparation method of urea formaldehyde areintroduced. Long-acting organic-inorganic compound fertilizer which has different slow-release period isproduced from urea formaldehyde polymer with different polymerization degrees, potash fertilizer, phosphatefertilizer, nitrogen fertilizer, organic fertilizer, and other required filler. The effect of long-acting organic-inorganic compound fertilizer on maize is studied. The results show, the yield of maize applied this fertilizer canbe increased by 70.0 kg per 667 m~2 than conventional fertilizers. Long-acting organic-inorganic compoundfertilizer combines the characteristics of organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer and long-acting fertilizer, nutrientsis complete and enough, it is applied one-time as basal. Under the premise of ensuring the maize yield, the fertilizerinput is reduced, reducing the labor input, saving the resource, and protecting the environment.
