【Abstract】 In the fierce market competition environment of higher education,regular HEIs have to accept the market challenge and severe test in commitment to the transformation of application-oriented disciplines. They should stick to talents cultivation orientation by creating a healthy cultural environment and encourage students’ social practice to learn about society;to enable them to observe,practice,research,and improve critical education ability;to cultivate the sense of commitment to realize their values in service to the community. To ensure academic quality and meet social needs as well,regular HEIs should take grading management and stratified evaluation,uphold the opening idea and independent spirit,and take advantage of the central role of social service and advanced civilization.更多还原
