【Abstract】 Meishan Shuihuo Dinner etiquette is a special kind of folk culture popular in central Human since the late Qing Dynasty. It is the fusion of ancient Meishan cultural relics and modern Chinese culture. The matching of its dishes is scientific and the names of the dishes have deep implied meanings. The etiquette takes the Confucian culture as the main content and the cultures of Miao,Yao and other minorities as the forms of expression.
