【摘要】 白及多糖(Bletillastriata Polysaccharide,BSP)是从传统中药白及提取而得的葡甘聚糖,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗溃疡、调节机体免疫活性,抗肿瘤等生物活性,有局部滞留性、靶向性、自身降解性、无刺激性、无毒副作用等特性,被广泛应用于食品工业、医药工业和日用化学工业。本文基于BSP的物理和生物特性,重点探讨了白及多糖在创伤敷料及药物载体方面的应用进展,为BSP在医用生物材料方面的开发利用提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bletillastriata Polysaccharide(BSP) is glucomannan extracted from traditional Chinese medicine Bletillastriata, which has the effects of anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation, anti-ulcer and anti-tumor, regulating immune activity, and other biological activity. It has the characteristics of local retention, targeting, self-degradability, non-irritating, non-toxic and non-side effects etc. BSP is widely used in the food industry, pharmaceutical industry and daily chemical industry.
