白及多糖应用于医用生物材料的探讨
Exploration on pharmaceutical applications of Bletillastriata Polysaccharide in medical biomaterials
【摘要】 白及多糖(Bletillastriata Polysaccharide,BSP)是从传统中药白及提取而得的葡甘聚糖,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗溃疡、调节机体免疫活性,抗肿瘤等生物活性,有局部滞留性、靶向性、自身降解性、无刺激性、无毒副作用等特性,被广泛应用于食品工业、医药工业和日用化学工业。本文基于BSP的物理和生物特性,重点探讨了白及多糖在创伤敷料及药物载体方面的应用进展,为BSP在医用生物材料方面的开发利用提供参考。
【Abstract】 Bletillastriata Polysaccharide(BSP) is glucomannan extracted from traditional Chinese medicine Bletillastriata, which has the effects of anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation, anti-ulcer and anti-tumor, regulating immune activity, and other biological activity. It has the characteristics of local retention, targeting, self-degradability, non-irritating, non-toxic and non-side effects etc. BSP is widely used in the food industry, pharmaceutical industry and daily chemical industry. This paper focuses on the application of BSP in wound dressings and drug carriers based on the physical and biological characteristics, and provides a reference for the development and utilization of BSP in medical biomaterials.
