【摘要】 目的:研究白芍止血功效。方法:运用文献学的方法,通过对本草文献、历版《中药学》教材、方书、现代药理研究及临床运用等探索,对有关白芍止血功效进行整理与发掘。结果:《本草经疏》首次提到白芍治疗出血病证,其后的多本本草中也记载了白芍对出血的治疗,且提到其止血的机理可能平肝功效有关。历代方书中也有较多运用白芍止血的方剂。现代药理学实验研究也表明白芍有止血作用。从以上多方面厘清历代对白芍止血功效认识。结论:白芍具有止血功效,建议在现行的《中药学》教材中纳入该功效,以利于扩大白芍的临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the hemostatic effect of Baishao.Method:The hemostatic effect of Baishao was explored by reviewing the literature,various edition of textbook of "Chinese materia medica",formula of Chinese medicine and modern pharmacology research and clinical application.Result:The treatment of hemorrhagic syndrome by Baishao was firstly recorded in "Ben Cao Jing Shu",and was also recorded in other herbals which related its hemostatic mechanism to the function of tranquilizing liver.Many formula of Chinese medicine also included Baishao in prescription to treat hemostatic syndrome.Modern pharmacological studies also showed that Baishao had the effect of hemostasis.From the above aspects,the ancient understanding of the hemostatic effect of Baishao was clarified.Conclusion:Baishao has the hemostatic effect which is suggested to be added in the current textbook of " Chinese materia medica" in order to expand the clinical application.更多还原
