【摘要】 目的脉络膜黑色素瘤彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)检查与肿瘤组织病理特征的关系。方法回顾性分析在我院眼科就诊的脉络膜黑色素瘤患者45例,分析CDFI与组织病理中肿瘤形状一致性,分析不同组织病理肿瘤大小CDFI血流分级的差异(分析不同组织病理肿瘤血流情况与CDFI血流分级的关系),比较不同组织病理血流情况CDFI血流参数的差异。结果 CDFI显示肿瘤形状与组织病理结果一致38例,一致率为84.44%。经秩和检验,组织病理下不同肿瘤大小的CDFI血流分级存在着统计学差异(Z=4.152,P<0.001);经Spearman相关分析,组织病理下不同肿瘤大小与CDFI血流分级呈负相关(r=-0.626,P<0.001)。经Spearman相关分析,组织病理血流情况与CDFI血流分级呈正相关(r=0.583,P<0.001)。组织病理结果不同血流情况的收缩期峰值流速和舒张末期峰值流速的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CDFI结果与组织病理结果一致性高,且CDFI血流分级与组织病理肿瘤大小和血流情况显著相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the relationship between CDFI and pathologic features in choroidal melanoma.Methods We retrospectively analyzed 45 choroidal melanoma patients in the Department of Ophthalmology. Tumor CDFI and histopathology were studied. CDFI parameters were related to pathological measurements. Results In 38 cases the tumor shape measured by CDFI was consistent with pathology( accurate rate 84.44%). The rank sum test showed that CDFI flow grade was significantly different in tumors with various histopathological sizes( Z=4.152,P<0.001); Spearman correlation analysis showed that CDFI flow grade was negatively correlated to pathological size( r=-0.626,P<0.001)and was positively correlated with pathological blood flow( r=0.583,P<0.001). Peak systolic velocity and peak diastolic velocity were in line with pathological blood flow( P<0.05). Conclusions CDFI results were consistent with histopathological results,and CDFI flow grade was related to pathological tumor size and blood flow.更多还原
