【摘要】 目的探究白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术在治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年5月~2017年5月收治的48例(53眼)闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用周边虹膜切除术进行治疗,观察组采用白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术进行治疗,通过对两组患者的治疗效果、术后视力和眼压变化情况及并发症发生率进行研究分析。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组;在治疗后,观察组的视力和眼压恢复显著优于对照组;观察组的并发症发发率显著低于对照组的并发症发发率(P<0.05)。结论对治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者采用白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗的效果更好,也更利于病情的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of angle closure glaucoma complicated with cataract. Methods 48 cases in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were(53 eyes) of angle closure glaucoma with cataract as the research object, divided into control group and observation group, the control group using small incision non phacoemulsifi cation cataract surgery combined with intraocular lens implantation for treatment, observation group were treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation surgery treatment, through the effect of two groups of patients, postoperative visual acuity and intraocular pressure changes and complication rate were analyzed to study. Results The total effective rate of observation group was signifi cantly higher than the control group; after treatment, the observation group of visual acuity and intraocular pressure recovery was significantly better than the control group; the complications in the observation group hair was signifi cantly lower than the control group the complication rate(P<0.05). Conclusion Better effect for patients with treatment of angle closure glaucoma with cataract by phacoemulsifi cation combined with intraocular lens implantation for angle closure glaucoma with cataract patients, recovery is also more conducive to disease.更多还原
