【摘要】 目的观察比较针对胃十二指肠出血患者实施经消化内镜注射止血法治疗和经消化内镜氩离子凝固术治疗的临床效果差异。方法选取我院2015年1月~2017年6月消化内科收治的经确诊胃十二指肠出血患者100例作为研究对象,严格参照患者的接受手术时间先后次序,随机将其均等划分为研究组和参照组,针对参照组患者实施经消化内镜注射止血法治疗,针对研究组患者经消化内镜氩离子凝固术治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗有效率指标和并发症发生率指标。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率指标显著高于参照组患者,统计学有差异;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的并发症发生率显著高低于参照组患者,统计学有差异;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对临床收治的胃十二指肠出血患者实施经消化内镜氩离子凝固术治疗,能够获取较好的治疗效果,适宜临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and compare the difference of patients with gastroduodenal bleeding by endoscopic injection hemostasis and treatment by endoscopic argon plasma coagulation in the treatment of the clinical effect.Methods In January 2015-2017 year in June period,selected in our hospital were diagnosed 100 cases of patients with gastroduodenal hemorrhage as the research object,strictly refer to the patients received surgery time sequence,were randomly divided equally into the study group and the reference group,for reference group of patients by endoscopic injection hemostasis treatment,the study group patients by endoscopic argon plasma coagulation treatment,were compared between the two groups Treatment efficiency index and complication rate index.Results In the treatment of patients in the study group efficiency index was significantly higher than that of the reference group of patients,a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).The patients in the study group,the incidence of complications was significantly higher than the reference group of patients,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the gastroduodenal hemorrhage from clinical patients by endoscopic argon plasma coagulation treatment,can obtain good therapeutic effect,suitable for clinical application.更多还原
