【摘要】 目的探讨院感监控护士在科室感染管理中的实际作用,为医院感染的控制和管理提供参考。方法选取我院2015年6月~2017年6月设立院感监控护士后,科室医护人员手卫生依从性、院感知识掌握及院感发生率等数据,并进行跟踪测评和分析。结果设立院感监控护士后,科室医护人员手卫生依从性明显提高,院感知识考核成绩由(76.65±0.44)分提高到(84.40±2.15)分,医院感染发生率7.14%下降到4.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论设立院感监控护士在科室医院感染管理中效果明显,能增强医务人员对医院感染的重视,提高手卫生依从性,降低医院感染率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the actual role of the nurse in the hospital infection surveillance department of infection control,provide reference for the control and management of hospital infection.Methods Selected from June 2015 to June 2017 to set up the courtyard feeling after monitoring the nurse,medical staff hand hygiene compliance department,school knowledge and school feeling incidence data,tracking and evaluation and analysis.Results After the establishment of hospital infection surveillance nurse, department staff hand hygiene compliance improved significantly, hospital infection knowledge of test results(76.65±0.44) points to raise(84.40 ± 2.15),the hospital infection rate was 7.14% down to 4.75%, Difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of hospital infection surveillance department nurse in hospital infection control in effect is obvious, the medical staff can enhance the importance of hospital infections, improve hand hygiene compliance and reduce hospital infection rates.更多还原
