【摘要】 目的分析丙戊酸钠联合奥氮平治疗双相I型情感障碍中的疗效和安全性。方法选取2012年4月~2015年10月我院收治的双相Ⅰ型情感障碍成年患者160例,分为观察组和对照组,各80例。对照组采用丙戊酸钠口服药物单独治疗,观察组采用丙戊酸钠联合奥氮平治疗,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、躁狂量表、副反应量表等评定临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组中度抑郁患者和重度抑郁患者、中度狂躁患者和重度狂躁患者的人数明显小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);副反应量表测定后,观察组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丙戊酸钠联合奥氮平治疗双相I型情感障碍中的疗效确切,且具有较高的安全性和不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of sodium valproate combined with olanzapine in the treatment of bipolar disorder(I). Methods Methods 160 adult patients with type Ⅰ affective disorder in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group,Each 80 cases.The control group was treated with sodium valproate alone,The observation group was treated with sodium valproate combined with olanzapine,The clinical efficacy was assessed by Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD),Mania Rating Scale and side effects scale. Results After treatment,the observation group of patients with moderate depression and the number of patients with severe depression,moderate and severe manic patients were significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); side effects scale determination,side effects of the observation group was 5% compared with 15% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of sodium valproate combined with olanzapine in bipolar I disorder,the incidence of adverse reactions and safety and high,it is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
