【摘要】 目的探讨后腹腔镜肾部分切除术(RLPN)的临床效果及安全性。方法对10例RLPN的病例进行总结、分析,并对其肾脏热缺血时间、手术时间、术中出血量、病理切缘阳性和并发症发生率、住院时间、平均恢复时间进行总结;并复习文献,与传统的开放性肾部分切除术(OPN)相同指标相比较。结果 10例患者除1例因肿瘤巨大、术中出血多改开放手术外,其余9例全部通过后腹腔镜完成手术。随访6个月~15个月,肿瘤均无复发,患肾无萎缩表现。结论 RLPN具有创伤小、出血量少、术后住院时间短、并发症少等优点,但手术时间及肾脏热缺血时间长于开放手术,临床效果与开放肾部分切除术相同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of the Rear Laparoscopic partial nephrectomy(RLPN). Method Analyze 10 RLPN cases,summarize the Kidney warm,ischemia time,operative time,blood loss,pathological positive margin and morbidity,hospital stay and average recovery time,review the literature and compared with the conventional open partial nephrectomy(OPN) the same metrics.Results Except one patient with a huge tumor,bleeding more open operation outside,all of nine patients pass the RLPN.Followed 3 to 12 mouths,there was no recurrence of the tumor and no shrinking performance.Conclusion the advantage of RLPN is trauma,less bleeding,shorter hospital stay,fewer complications.however,the time of Surgery and kidney warm ischemia is longer than open surgery,Clinical results is similar to open partial nephrectomy.更多还原
