【摘要】 脑性瘫痪是一组持续存在的中枢性运动和姿势发育障碍、活动受限症候群。这种生理性功能障碍常会导致患者产生心理和行为障碍,影响其生活质量。本研究在编制脑瘫儿童生活质量问卷的基础上,对144名中轻度脑瘫患儿的生活质量进行测查。结果表明:轻度脑瘫儿童对朋友和家人感觉、对参加各种活动感觉均显著好于中度脑瘫儿童;5岁以上脑瘫儿童对交流感觉显著好于5岁以下脑瘫儿童;由母亲评价的脑瘫儿童对朋友和家人感觉、对健康状况感觉均显著低于来自父亲及他人评价,但母亲对孩子疼痛和困扰感觉的评价却显著高于父亲及他人的评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cerebral palsy is a permanent dysfunction. Patients often have psychological and behavioral disorders that affect the quality of their life. The present research uses the questionnaire of The Quality of Life of the Children with Cerebral Palsy,selecting 144 children with cerebral palsy,systematically probes into their quality of life. The result shows: the children with mild cerebral palsy have significantly better feelings about their friends and families as well as about exchanges than the children with moderate cerebral palsy. 5 years and older children with cerebral palsy have significantly better feelings about exchanges than the children under 5 years old with cerebral palsy. The mothers’ evaluations on the feelings of the children with cerebral palsy about their friends and families as well as about their health conditions are significantly lower than those of the fathers and other people. However,their feelings about pains and distresses are significantly higher than those of the fathers and other people.更多还原
