【摘要】 目的探讨MMP-2和TIMP-2的表达水平及MMP-2和TIMP-2表达失衡与PTB纤维化愈合、肺通气-弥散功能的关系,及血清纤维化指标HA、PCⅢ、LN、Ⅳ-C水平变化的相关性。方法 ELISA检测MMP-2和TIMP-2含量;化学发光法检测HA、PCⅢ、LN、Ⅳ-C的含量;肺功能测定采用肺功能仪测定。结果肺结核患者在未经治疗前,MMP-2和TIMP-2的含量均显著高于健康组,且TIMP-2的含量及比例也较高于健康组。同时血清纤维化指标HA、PCⅢ、LN、Ⅳ-C的含量也显著高于健康组,与肺功能的下降也有着一定的关系。结论肺结核血清中MMP-2和TIMP-2的含量及其关系,TIMP-2的升高能够促进血清纤维化指标的积累。MMP-2和TIMP-2的关系失衡也会对肺功能造成一定的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 levels and express imbalances and pulmonary tuberculosis fibrosis healing,pulmonary ventilation-dispersion function,and serum fibrosis indexes such as HA,PCⅢ,LN and Ⅳ-C level chang.The contents of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 were detected by ELISA.Methods The contents of HA,PCⅢ,LN,Ⅳ-C were detected by chemiluminescence.Lung function instrument was used for determination of lung function.Results Before the treatment,pulmonary tuberculosis patients’ MMP-2 and TIMP-2 levels were significantly higher than those in healthy group,and the content of TIMP-2 and the proportion is also higher than the healthy group.At the same time,serum fibrosis indexes such as HA,PCⅢ,LN and Ⅳ-C were significantly higher than those in the healthy group,and also correlated with the decline of lung function.Conclusion The content of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in the serum of pulmonary tuberculosis and the relationship between them and the increase of TIMP-2 can promote the accumulation of serum fibrosis markers.The imbalance between MMP-2 and TIMP-2 also has a certain effect on lung function.更多还原
