【摘要】 目的探讨将积分使用在保留召回低危献血中的效果,旨在提高满足临床用血的需求。方法本次对参与单采血小板献血患者给予积分卡,充分调动献血者主动性,提高无偿献血的效率。结果在2015年10月~2016年5月间共有小板献血者6996人次,达到10227人次治疗量;其中,多于两次接受血小板者8402人次,而7600人次拥有积分卡,占发放积分总数的90.4%。结论对单采血小板患者采取积分激励的方式,能满足其不同层次的需求,使捐献者比率提高,为临床提供可靠的供血来源。更多还原
