【摘要】 目的探讨双J管在妊娠期肾绞痛治疗中的作用。方法研究对象为本院泌尿外科及产科留置双J管治疗的妊娠期肾绞痛患者,共19例。所有患者均留置双J管,观察治疗效果。结果本组患者临床症状缓解时间为4小时至三天;术后1个月复查B超,显示肾积水消失15例;无一例出现产科并发症,1例出现腰部酸痛症状;双J管留置时间为(3.0±0.8)个月;所有患者均顺利度过围生期。结论双J管留置能改善妊娠期肾绞痛治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Objective to investigate the effect of double J tube in the treatment of renal colic during pregnancy.Methods The subjects of this study were 19 patients with gestational renal colic treated by J and double tube indwelling.All patients were treated with double J tube.Results The clinical symptoms were relieved in time for 4 hours to three days;1 months after ultrasound examination,showed hydronephrosis disappeared in 15 cases;no obstetric complications occurred in all patients,1 cases of lumbar pain symptoms;double J tube indwelling time(3.0 ± 0.8) months;all patients were successfully through perinatal period.Conclusion Double J tube indwelling can improve the treatment effect of renal colic during pregnancy.更多还原
