【摘要】 目的探讨输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石并绞痛的疗效。方法选择我院2014~2016年收治的输尿管结石并绞痛患者64例作为研究对象,纳入研究对象有完整临床资料,随机分为对照组和研究组,各32例。对照组采取常规药物碎石,研究组则采取输尿管镜碎石术治疗,观察记录两组患者疗效与并发症发生率,并对比分析。结果研究组患者临床总有效率显著高于对照组,而并发症发生率则明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输尿管结石并绞痛患者采取输尿管镜碎石术治疗,不仅可以提高疗效,而且可以减少并发症发生,值得借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ureteroscopy in the treatment of ureteral calculi with colic.Methods 2014-2016 in our hospital admissions of ureteral calculi and 64 cases of angina pectoris were included in the study as the research object,with complete clinical data,randomized study,32 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional drug lithotripsy,while the study group was treated with ureteroscopic lithotripsy.The clinical effects and complications of the two groups were observed and compared.Results the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ureteroscopic lithotripsy in patients with ureteral stones and angina,not only can improve the clinical effect,but also can reduce complications,it is worth learning.更多还原
