【摘要】 目的探究PFNA治疗股骨粗隆骨折的临床疗效。方法选选取2013年~2016年5月本院收治的股骨粗隆骨折患者132例,采用数字随机分组方式,平均分为研究组与对照组,各66例。对照组,给予DHS固定治疗,研究组,给予PFNA固定治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果对比患者手术治疗各指标,研究组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比患者骨折愈合时间,研究组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PFNA治疗股骨粗隆骨折,效果显著,值得广泛推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of PFNA in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 132 patients with intertrochanteric fracture were selected in our hospital from 2013 to--2016 in. The patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, each with a total of 66 cases. The control group, given DHS fixed treatment, the study group, given PFNA fixed treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical treatment effect. Results compared with the surgical treatment of each index, the study group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the fracture healing time, the study group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant, with statistical significance(P<0.05).
