【摘要】 皮肤创伤愈合过程错综复杂,各种因素均会影响伤口愈合,治疗不当,导致伤口难以愈合。临床创伤敷料类型繁多,本文对各种敷料的理化特性及临床适应范围进行综合分析。认为在皮肤创伤治疗过程中应根据伤口的特点选择有利于伤口愈合的创伤敷料,不断加强对皮肤创伤修复机制的研究,研发适合各种伤口且具备多种敷料优点的复合型创伤敷料,使伤口愈合达到理想状态。合成的生物降解材料是临床创伤敷料的发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Skin wound healing is a complicated process,which can be affected by a variety of factors.The improper treatments lead to a difficulty in wound healing.There are many types of clinical wound dressings.This paper comprehensively analyzes the physicochemical properties and clinical adaptation of various wound dressings.The selection of wound dressings should be based on the characteristics of wound in the treatment of skin trauma.The study of skin wound repair mechanism should be strengthened and compound wound dressing that is suitable for various wounds and has multiple advantages should be developed to achieve the desired wound healing.The application of synthetic biodegradable materials is the development direction of clinical wound dressing.更多还原
