【摘要】 目的探讨牙周炎对种植体周围边缘骨吸收的影响。方法将82例行局部种植义齿修复患者按术后是否发生牙周炎分为观察组42例(牙周炎)和对照组40例(无牙周炎),比较2组患者种植体负载12个月后存留情况、改良菌斑指数(mPLI)、改良出血指数(mSBI)以及植入体边缘骨高度和骨吸收情况。结果观察组患者种植体负载12个月后存留率显著低于对照组(90.0%比100.0%,P<0.05),mPLI评分、mSBI评分及边缘骨高度、骨吸收量均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论牙周炎会促进种植体周围边缘骨吸收,影响术后边缘骨高度和种植体存留率,及时治疗牙周炎有利于改善预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of periodontitis on implant marginal bone loss.Methods A total of 82 patients who underwent local denture implantation were divided into experiment group(42 patients with periodontitis)and control group(40patients without periodontitis).The dental implant retention rate,modified plaque index(mPLI)score,modified sulcus bleeding index(mSBI)score,implant marginal bone height and bone loss were observed after implant load for 12 months.Results The dental implant retention rate in experiment group was lower than that in control group after implant load for 12 months(90.0% vs 100.0%,P<0.05).In addition,the mPLI score,mSBI score,implant marginal bone height and bone loss significantly increased in experiment group,compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Periodontitis can promote dental implant marginal bone loss and influence implant marginal bone height and dental implant retention rate.Therefore,periodontitis should be treated timely to improve the prognosis.更多还原
