【Abstract】 A large number of studies have shown that there is a link between insulin resistance and cognitive impairment, even the insulin resistance may increase the risk of Alzheimer’s disease.More and more scholars begin to pay close attention to the relationship and its possible mechanism.Insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes mellitus have been associated with different levels of cognitive change, including cognitive decline, mild cognitive impairment and dementia.The insulin signaling pathway plays an important role in the relationship between the central of insulin resistance and the cognitive function.Improving the insulin resistance status may have a crucial influence on cognitive impairment.更多还原
