【摘要】 目的 探讨奥氮平治疗对首发精神分裂症患者心电图的影响。方法 对47例首发精神分裂症患者予以口服奥氮平治疗。于治疗前、治疗6个月、治疗12个月采用阳性与阴性症状量表评定临床疗效,同期检测心电图变化。结果 本组患者治疗前阳性与阴性症状量表总分为(80.53±4.94)分,治疗6个月为(38.60±6.77)分,随访12个月为(34.09±4.92),治疗前后阳性与阴性症状量表评分比较差异有统计学意义(F=979.17,P<0.01)。治疗6月时心电图异常率36.2%,治疗12个月心电图异常率25.5%。治疗6个月窦性心动过速、ST-T段改变发生率与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(X~2=17.06,5.22,P<0.05或0.01);治疗12个月窦性心动过速发生率与治疗前、治疗6个月比较差异有统计学意义(X~2=5.22、3.98,P<0.05)。结论奥氮平治疗精神分裂症疗效确切,但治疗过程中对患者心电图有一定的影响,可引起窦性心动过速及ST-T段改变,这种影响随着治疗时间的延长可逐渐减轻。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of olanzapine on electrocardiogram in patients with first-episode schizophrenia. Methods 47 cases with first-episode schizophrenia were given treatment of oral olanzapine. Clinic effect was evaluated by PANSS before treatment and 6, 12 months after treatment,changes in electrocardiogram at the corresponding period was detected. Conclusion Olanzapine has obvious curative effect in patients with first-episode schizophrenia, but has certain influence on electrocardiogram during treatment, and may cause nodal tachycardia and ST-T change, this effect will be mitigated with the prolonged treatment.更多还原
