【摘要】 目的 探讨尼可地尔联合瑞舒伐他汀、复方丹参滴丸治疗对不稳定性心绞痛患者血清超敏C反应蛋白、基质金属蛋白酶9、淀粉样酶A及血脂水平的影响。方法 将156例不稳定型心绞痛患者依据不同给药方式分为A组、B组、C组,均口服尼可地尔治疗,A组(51例)联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗,B组(53例)联合瑞舒伐他汀、复方丹参滴丸治疗,观察8周。治疗前后检测3组血清超敏C反应蛋白、基质金属蛋白酶9、淀粉样酶A及血脂水平的变化。结果 治疗8周末3组血清炎症细胞因子血清超敏C反应蛋白、基质金属蛋白酶9、淀粉样酶A水平均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),A组显著低于C组,B组显著低于A组、C组(P<0.05)。3组血脂指标总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白水平均较治疗前显著下降,A组显著低于C组,B组显著低于A组、C组(P<0.05);3组高密度脂蛋白水平较治疗前显著升高(P<0.01),A组显著高于C组,B组显著高于A组、C组(P<0.05)。结论 尼可地尔联合瑞舒伐他汀与复方丹参滴丸治疗不稳定心绞痛,能有效改善患者血清炎性细胞因子水平及血脂水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of nicorandil combination therapy on hs-CRP, MMP-9,SAA and blood lipid levels in patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods 156 cases with unstable angina admitted to our hospital were retrospectively chosen. According to different treatment methods,they were divided into group A, B, C and all given nicorandil. Group A(51 cases) was taken with rosuvastatin treatment. Group B(53 cases) was taken with rosuvastatin and Compound Danshen Dripping Pills.8 weeks after treatment as the observation period, the changes of serum lipid levels, hs-CRP, MMP-9,SAA before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment of 8 weeks, hs-CRP, MMP-9,SAA of the three groups were all obviously declined(P<0. 01), group A was obviously lower than group C, group B was obviously lower than group A, C(P<0. 05). Total cholesterol, LDL level of the three groups all declined compared with before treatment, group A was obviously lower than group C, group B was obviously lower than group A, C(P<0. 05); HDL of the three groups were obviously increased(P<0. 01), group A was obviously higher than group C, group B was obviously higher than group A, C(P<0. 05). Conclusion Nicorandil combination with pravastatin and Compound Danshen Dripping Pills in treating unstable angina pectoris can significantly improve serum inflammatory cytokines level and blood lipid level.更多还原
