骨膜骨粉在牙种植中对植体周神经纤维的影响
Influence of periosteum and bone meal on peripheral nerve fiber of implant body in tooth implantation
【摘要】 目的 探讨骨膜骨粉在牙种植中对植体周神经纤维保护作用。方法 将83例实施牙种植患者按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(41例)单一植入牙种植体,察组(42例)在植入牙种植体的同时植入Bio-OSS骨粉,观察比较两组临床疗效、牙槽神经感觉神经动作电位、神经纤维直径及数目,并评定两组生活质量。结果 观察组总有效率为95.2%,对照组为73.2%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,在不同刺激强度下两组牙槽神经感觉神经动作电位均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.01),观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组神经纤维直径、植体周神经纤维数目均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后两组生活质量评价量表评分均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.01),观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 骨膜骨粉可有效保护种植体周神经纤维,增加神经纤维直径及数目,提高患者生活质量,疗效显著。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the protection effect of periosteum and bone meal on peripheral nerve fiber of implant body in tooth implantation.Methods 83 cases given implantation were selected and divided into two groups,control group(41 cases) was given simple tooth implantation,observation group(42 cases) was given Bio-Oss bone meal based on control group,clinic effect,alveolar nerve SNAP,diameter and number of nerve fiber of the two groups were observed and compared,life quality of the two groups were evaluated.Results Total efficiency of observation group(95.2%) was significantly higher than control group(73.2%)(P<0.01).After treatment,under different stimulus intensity,alveolar nerve SNAP of the two groups was significantly elevated compared with that before treatment(P<0.01,observation group was obviously higher than control group(P<0.01); nerve fiber diameter and peripheral nerve fiber numbers of observation group were all better than control group(P<0.01).After treatment,life quality of the two groups were significantly increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Periosteum and bone meal can effectively protect peripheral nerve fiber of implant body,increase diameter and number of nerve fiber,improve life quality and has significant clinic effect.
