【摘要】 目的 探讨坦度螺酮联合耳穴贴压法治疗焦虑患者的临床疗效。方法 将70例焦虑症患者采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各35例。两组均给予坦度螺酮治疗,研究组联合耳穴贴压法。于治疗前及治疗2周、4周末采用汉密顿焦虑量表评定焦虑状况,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数和多导睡眠图评定睡眠质量。结果 治疗2周末起研究组汉密顿焦虑量表各因子分及总分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),对照组躯体焦虑因子分及总分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.01),研究组各因子分及总分较对照组下降更显著(P<0.01)。治疗4周末两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.01),研究组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.01)。治疗4周末两组多导睡眠图睡眠时间、睡眠效率均显著高于治疗前(P<0.01),研究组较对照组升高更显著(P<0.05或0.01)。两组睡眠潜伏期均显著短于治疗前(P<0.01),研究组较对照组缩短更显著(P<0.01)。结论 坦度螺酮联合耳穴贴压法治疗广泛性焦虑障碍疗效显著,能够缓解患者焦虑情绪,改善睡眠质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of tandospirone plus auricular points plaster therapy(APPT)for generalized anxiety disorder(GAD).Methods Seventy GAD patients were assigned to research and control group of 35 ones each according to random number table.Both groups were treated with tandospirone and research was plus APPT.Anxious states were evaluated with the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) before treatment and at the ends of the 2nd and 4th week of treatment and sleep qualities with the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) and polysomnography(PSG).Results Since the end of the 2nd week total and each factor score of the HAMA lowered more significantly in research group compared with pretreatment(P<0.01),so did the total and anxiety in control group(P<0.01),and so did total and each factor score in research than in control group(P<0.01).At the end of the 4th week the PSQI scores of both groups were significantly lower compared with pretreatment(P<0.01) and so was that in research than in control group(P<0.01).At the end of the 4th week sleep times and efficiencies of both groups were significantly higher compared with pretreatment according to PSG(P<0.01) and so were those in research than in control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Sleep latencies of both groups were significantly shorter compared with pretreatment(P<0.01) and so was that in research than in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Tandospirone plus APPT for GAD could relieve patients’ anxious emotions and improve sleep quality.更多还原
