【摘要】 目的 探讨奥氮平的不良反应事件,为临床安全用药提供依据。方法 对我院2010年—2014年药品不良反应监测病例中奥氮平所致不良反应51例及相关文献报道个案资料26例进行统计分析。结果 奥氮平的不良反应事件累及11大系统,28种临床表现,以肝胆、血液、心血管、锥体外系反应较多。出现不良反应的时间比较分散,88.9%在30 d内出现,用药剂量较集中。结论 奥氮平不良反应较多,出现时间分散,临床上要注意防范。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore olanzapine’s adverse reactions/events in order to provide basis for clinical medication safety.Methods Data of 51 cases with olanzapine-induced adverse reactions detected by adverse drug reaction monitoring from 2010 to 2014 in our hospital and 26 reported by relative literatures were comprehensively analyzed.Results Adverse reactions/events were involved in 11 systems,had 28 clinical symptoms,and were mainly reactions of liver and gall,blood,cardiovascular and extrapyramidal system.Occurrence times of adverse reactions were more dispersed,88.9%occurred within 30 days,and dosages were more concentrated.Conclusion Olanzapine’s adverse reactions are more,occurrence times more dispersed,and should be paid attention to prevention clinically.更多还原
