【摘要】 目的 探讨心理康复干预对大面积烧伤患者心理与生活质量的影响。方法 将118例大面积烧伤患者采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组采用常规干预措施,研究组采用心理康复干预措施。观察3个月。于干预前及干预3个月后采用焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评价两组患者的焦虑、抑郁程度,干预3个月后采用健康状况调查问卷评价患者的心身健康状况。结果干预后两组焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均较干预前显著下降(P<0.01),研究组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.01)。干预3个月后研究组健康状况调查问卷各因子评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。研究组总有效率为94.7%,对照组为80.4%,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 大面积烧伤患者的心理健康状况较差,心理康复干预可以显著改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of psychological rehabilitation intervention(PRI) on mind and quality of life of patients with large area burn(LAB).Methods A total of LAB patients were assigned to two groups,according to random number table,control group received routine intervention and research group did PRI for 3 months.Anxious and depressive levels were assessed with the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) before intervention and after 3 month intervention and mental health conditions with the Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire(SF-36) after 3month intervention.Results After intervention the SAS and SDS scores of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pre-intervention(P<0.01),so did those in research than in control group(P<0.01).After 3 month intervention all factors scores of the SF-36 were significantly higher in research than in control group(P<10.05 or 0.01).Total effective rate was respectively 94.7%in research and 80.4%in control group and the former significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion LAB patients have poor psychological health status,PRI could notably improve patients’ anxious and depressive emotions and boost quality of life.更多还原
