【摘要】 目的 探讨抗精神病药物所致不良反应的发生情况,为临床合理安全用药提供参考。方法对我院2011年1月—2014年12月上报的641例抗精神病药物所致不良反应病例资料进行统计分析,与2007年的统计数据进行比较。结果 不良反应累及8个系统器官,主要为血液系统、神经系统、心血管系统;涉及药品37种,与2007年相关研究比较增加了12种。由于减少了合并用药,药品不良反应发生率明显下降。结论 单项用药或两种药物合用,限制多种药物合用可以减少不良反应的发生或叠加效应。应加强抗精神病药的合理应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the incidence status of antipsychotic induced adverse drug reaction(ADR) in order to provide reference for clinically reasonable and safe medication.Methods Statistical analyses were conducted on data of 641 cases with antipsychotic induced ADR reported from January 2011 to December 2014 in our hospital and compared with statistical data in 2007.Results Adverse reactions were involved in organs of 8 systems that were mainly hematological,nervous and cardiovascular system;involved drugs were 37 kinds and increased by 12 compared with relative studies in 2007.Up to 8 body systems were affected by ADR.3 main systems were blood system,nervous system,and cardiovascular system.37 types of antipsychotics were involved.Compared with the related research in 2007,the drug types was increased by 12.The incidence of ADR decreased obviously because of lowered drug combination.Conclusion Limiting the combination of multiple drugs could reduce the development of adverse reactions or additive effect.Reasonable medication of antipsychotic should be enhanced.更多还原
