【摘要】 目的 比较20年前后住院精神分裂症患者合并躯体疾病情况及相关临床特征的差异。方法对研究组(2013年)及对照组(1993年)的住院精神分裂症患者进行回顾性调查,了解患者合并躯体疾病情况,同时对相关临床特征差异进行统计学分析。结果两组患者合并躯体疾病情况,以及在年龄、病程、使用抗精神病药物类型等方面均有统计学差异。结论20年来精神分裂症患者合并躯体疾病及相关临床特征均发生巨大变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the differences of complications and clinical features of hospitalized schizophrenics before 20 years and after.Methods Retrospective studies of were performed in hospitalized schizophrenics of research group(2013) and control(1993) to survey patients’ complications and differences of relative clinical features statistically analyzed.Results There were group statistical differences in complications,ages,course and types of using antipsychotic.Conclusion Complicated somatic diseases and clinical characteristics of schizophrenics have changed dramatically for the past 20 years.更多还原
