【摘要】 目的观察传统痔切除术与吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids,PPH)治疗痔疮临床效果。方法分析于2015年8月至2017年5月期间四会市人民医院接收的76例痔患者资料,依据临床采取的手术方案分成两组,各38例;对照组行传统痔切除术,实验组行PPH医治,对比两组手术效果与手术前后NRS评分变化。结果与对照组相比,实验组出血量、手术时间及伤口愈合时间均更优(P<0.05);与手术前比较,两组手术后NRS评分均降低,但对照组降低幅度比实验组小(P<0.05)。结论痔行PPH医治可取得显著效果,并减轻患者疼痛感,可被临床推广、应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional hemorrhoidectomy and stapler hemorrhoid mucosal resection(PPH). Methods The data of 76 patients with hemorrhoids received in our hospital from August 2015 to May 2017 were divided into two groups which according to the different surgical procedure,each group was 38 cases. The control group received traditional hemorrhoidectomy, and the experimental group given PPH operation, then compared the NRS score changes of two groups before and after surgery. Results From the study we found that the blood loss, operation time and wound healing time of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Compared with the preoperative,the NRS score of two groups were reduced after surgery, however, the reduction of the control group was smaller than that of the experimental group(P<0.05). Conclusion The PPH operation of hemorrhoids could achieve significant results,and reduce the pain of patients,which could be clinical promotion and application.更多还原
