【摘要】 目的以每搏量变异度（stroke volume variation,SVV）为标准,观察葡萄糖初始分布容积（initial distribution volume of glucose,IDVG）在评估食管癌患者围术期容量状态的有效性。方法选择30例择期食管癌患者,气管插管后采用Vigileo系统测量SVV,抽取桡动脉血测血糖浓度基础值(C_T0),然后通过右颈内静脉在30s内注入葡萄糖5g（50%葡萄糖10ml）,抽取动脉血测量注射葡萄糖后1、3、5、60min的血糖浓度,并计算注射葡萄糖后3min的IDVG（IDVG₃）。采用Pearson相关分析评估SVV与IDVG₃的相关性。结果 CT₀与注射葡萄糖后60min的血糖浓度(C_T60)差异无统计学意义[（5.60±0.74）mmol/L vs（5.77±0.76）mmol/L];SVV与IDVG3呈显著负相关（r=-0.79,P<0.001）。结论注射葡萄糖后3min的IDVG可预测食管癌患者术中液体容量状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To use SVV as a standard and observe the availability of IDVG in assessing volume status of perioperative esophageal cancer patients.Methods Thirty patients undergoing selective esophageal cancer surgery were enrolled.The values of SVV were obtained from Vigileo system after tracheal intubation.Baseline blood glucose was measured through radial artery,and then 5g glucose（50% glucose solution 10ml）was injected through right jugular vein in 30 s.Blood glucose levels in 1,3,5,60 mins after the injection were assassed via radial artery blood samples and IDVG₃（3min post injection of glucose）was further calculated.The correlation between SVV and IDVG₃ was studied using Pearson correlation analysis.Results There’s no difference in blood glucose level C_T0 and C_T60[（5.60±0.74）mmol/L vs（5.77±0.76）mmol/L].There was a negative correlation between SVV and IDVG₃ mins after glucose injection（r=-0.79,P<0.001）.Conclusion IDVG of 3 min post injection of glucose can predict fluid volume state in patients with esophageal cancer.更多还原
