Primitive neuroectodermal tumor(PNET)is a rare and highly malignant small round cell tumor which has a tendency of differentiation into nerve.With the improvement of diagnostic technique,the incidence rate increased.PNET was mainly treated by surgery,chemotherapy and radiotherapy.This article would overview the pathological features,treatment and prognosis of PNET in recent years all over the world.
