【摘要】 目的:评价系统化培训前后超声龈上洁治术的临床疗效和操作中的医患舒适度。方法:180名慢性龈炎患者分别由3名护士在培训前和培训后进行龈上洁治术,对比分析探诊出血指数(BOP)、牙龈出血指数(GBI)评价临床疗效及操作中患者和术者的舒适度。结果:培训前和培训后行龈上洁治术,患者的BOP和GBI均明显降低(P<0.05)。培训后疗效提高,患者和术者的舒适度均明显提高。结论:超声龈上洁治术的系统化训练有利于提高临床效果、操作效率及患者与术者的舒适度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ultrasound supragingival scaling and the comfort of doctors and patients before and after systematic training. Methods: A total of 180 patients with chronic gingivitis were treated for the supragingival scaling by three nurses before and after training respectively. The bleeding on probing( BOP) and gingival bleeding index( GBI) were compared and analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy and the comfort of patients and doctors during the operation. Results: Before and after training,the BOP and GBI were significantly reduced( P < 0. 05). Furthermore,the efficacy of the treatment and the comfort of the patients and doctor were greatly improved. Conclusion: The systematic training of ultrasound supragingival scaling is conductive to improve the clinical results,the operational efficiency and the comfort of the patients and doctort.更多还原
