【摘要】 目的:检测口腔癌及癌旁组织中干细胞基因OCT-4,SOX2的表达差异情况。方法:收集2016年11月~2017年1月间于口腔颌面外科就诊的6例确诊为口腔癌患者癌及癌旁组织,应用免疫组化染色及荧光定量PCR的方法,结合癌组织分化情况,分析干细胞基因OCT-4,SOX2与口腔癌发展的相关关系。结果:免疫荧光阳性细胞率及荧光定量PCR结果均显示,与癌旁组织相比,6例口腔癌患者癌组织中干细胞基因表达显著增多。结论:干细胞基因OCT-4和SOX2的异常激活与口腔癌的发展密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To detect the significant difference in the expression of stem cell gene OCT-4,SOX2 in and around oral cancer tissue. Methods: Six tumor specimens were obtained from surgical department of oral and maxillofacial which were diagnosed as oral cancer. Immunofluorescence and RT-PCR assay were applied to test the association of multi-potent gene to the development of oral cancer,combining with the differentiated level. Results: The result of RT-PCR and positive cell ratio on immunofluorescence in six tumor patients revealed that the expression of stem cell gene were increased in cancer tissue compared with the cancer associate tissue. Conclusion: The overexpression of stem cell gene OCT-4,SOX2 is tightly relating to the development of oral cancer.更多还原
