【摘要】 目的:评估口腔扁平苔藓(oral lichen planus,OLP)患者人格特征对其口腔健康相关生活质量的影响。方法:采用口腔健康影响程度量表(oral health impact profile,OHIP-49中文版)、大五人格测试(NEO-FFI)对139例OLP患者和123例健康人群进行问卷调查,研究5类人格特征对OLP患者口腔健康相关生活质量的影响。结果:OLP患者在功能限制、生理疼痛、生理能力不适、心理能力不适和社能力丧失5个领域得分均明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。OLP患者神经质、外向性、开放性3个性格特征与口腔健康相关生活质量的多个因子相关,其中神经质性格特征与OHIP-49量表总分呈正相关(r=0.59,P<0.05)。结论:OLP患者神经质人格特征可能导致对其口腔健康相关生活质量的评估出现不稳定性的影响,需对其进行心理干预治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the influence of personality characteristics on oral health-related quality of life in patients with oral lichen planus( OLP). Methods: The investigation of 139 cases of OLP patients and 123 healthy population were conducted by using the oral health impact profile-49( chinese version),big five personality test( NEO-FFI). Results:OLP patients were significantly higher than the healthy control group in the 5 areas of functional limitation,physical pain,physical disability,mental disability and loss of social competence,and there were statistically significant difference( P <0. 05). OLP patients with neuroticism,extraversion and openness types of personality were related to many factors of their oral health-related quality of life,particularly the neurotic personality traits and OHIP-49 and sub-scale scores were positively related( r = 0. 59,P < 0. 05). Conclusion: In OLP patients,the sensitivity of the nervous personality may lead to the assessment of their oral health-related quality of life,and it is necessary to take psychological intervention.更多还原
