【摘要】 目的:探讨在司法鉴定中远记忆评估对伪装智能减退者的识别作用。方法:对参加法医精神病学培训的鉴定人进行自编问卷调查,对鉴定人中回收的52份调查问卷的内容进行统计学分析。结果:经Ridit及单因素方差分析,年龄、性别等10个题目具有统计学优势(P均<0.05);身体定位因子中,所有题目的正确回答率均在40%以上;其他因子中,与自身身体相关的某些题目其正确回答率也较高(P<0.05或P<0.001)。在5个因子间,自身定向、身体定位及数字概念的正确回答率较高(P<0.05或P<0.001)。结论:从司法鉴定人的视角出发,远记忆评估法对伪装智能减退者具有肯定的识别作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the recognition function of remote memory assessment for the people camouflaging intelligence reduction in judicial expertise. Method: The appraisers receiving forensic psychiatry training were investigated by using designed questionnaires. The data of 52 questionnaires returned from surveyors were analyzed with statistics. Results: Though the Ridit analysis and One-Way ANOVA,10 items had statistical advantages( all P < 0. 05),such as the age,the gender. In body localization factor,the correction answer rates of all items were over 40%; and in the other factors,the rates of some items relating to one’s own body were higher( Pearson Chi square,P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 001). Among the five factors,the correction answer rates of self orientation,body positioning and digital concept factor were higher than another two ones( Pearson Chi square,P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 001). Conclusion: From the view of judicial authenticators,the method of remote memory assessment has positive recognition function to the camouflaging intelligence reduction.更多还原
