【摘要】 目的:调查社区老人抑郁障碍的患病率、自然转归及其危险因素。方法:对2011年采用多层次整群随机抽样法抽取的上海市浦东新区常住户籍≥60岁的3 579名老年人进行3年后随访,以《美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册》第4版(DSM-Ⅳ)轴I障碍定式临床检查患者版(SCID-I/P)为诊断工具,对入组者抑郁障碍的患病率、自然转归及其危险因素进行分析。结果:共调查3 478(97.17%)人,抑郁障碍时点患病率为12.92%(446例);3年后新发病38例(1.09%),好转和痊愈26例(1.05%),病情加重21例(0.60%);女性、不良婚姻状况具更高的患病率(P均<0.05);糖尿病及心脏病是抑郁障碍的易感因素(P均<0.01)。结论:社区老人抑郁障碍患病率高,女性、不良婚姻状况者多见;共患糖尿病、心脏病者是易感因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To survey the prevalence of community elderly depressive disorder,natural outcome and its risk factors.Method: The aged over 60 years old 3 579 residents of Shanghai pudong new area who were extracted and investigated by multi-level cluster random sampling method at 3 years ago were followup.By the diagnostic tool of the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders fourth edition(DSM-Ⅳ)axis I disorders with clinical check box version(SCID-I / P),the prevalence of depressive disorder,natural outcome and its risk factors of the respondents were analyzed.Results: The total 3 478(97.17%) people completed the follow-up.Point prevalence of depression was 12.92%(446 cases).Three years later a new onset was38 cases(1.09%),improvement and recovery was 26 cases(1.05%),aggravation was 21 cases(0.60%).The prevalence in female and people in poor marital status were higher(all P < 0.05).Diabetes and heart disease history were predisposing factors of depressive disorder.Diabetes and heart disease were the risk factors of depressive disorder.Conclusion: The prevalence of depressive disorder in elder residents is high in community,especially in female and people with poor marital status.Diabetes,heart disease is susceptible factors.更多还原
