麦秸秆板在线防霉剂喷液系统的开发与实践

【摘要】 应用液体压力雾化原理、PLC控制技术开发了一种麦秸秆板在线六表面防霉剂自动喷液系统,解决了人工线下侧面喷液存在的均匀性差、喷涂量难以控制、防霉剂飞散浪费大、防霉处理效果差、喷液效率低等问题。实践表明:系统喷液量准确,喷液均匀,满足工艺要求;系统与板材自动输送线同步运行,喷液效率高,节省人工;防霉液飞溅少,环境友好;飞液通过回收利用,系统可节省10%以上的防霉剂。

【Abstract】 By applying of liquid pressure atomization principle and PLC control technology,an automatic mildew preventive liquid spray system on six surfaces of wheat straw plywood in line has been developed,so as to solve problems,including poor uniformity of artificial offline operation of side spray,difficult to control the amount of spray,mildew preventive spatter waste,poor mildew preventive treatment effects,low liquid spray efficiency and so on.The practice shows that:the spray volume of the system is accurate,the spray is uniform,which can meet the technical requirements;Runs synchronously with the sheet automatic transportation line,the spray efficiency of the system is high and saves labor;The mildew preventive liquid spatter is reduced,and environment friendly;Through liquid spatter recycling,this system can save more than 10%of mildew preventive.
