双切口治疗肩胛骨体部骨折
Double-incision approach for treatment of scapula body fractures
【摘要】 <正>2010年1月~2015年11月,我科采用双切口治疗20例肩胛骨体部骨折患者,疗效满意,报道如下。1材料与方法1.1病例资料本组20例,男14例,女6例,年龄24~60岁。根据Hardegger分型,20例患者均为肩胛体部骨折。1例伴有腋神经损伤,1例伴有肩胛上神经损伤。伤后至手术时间3~14 d。1.2治疗方法全身麻醉下手术。沿
