【摘要】 目的探讨TightRope钛板治疗RockwoodⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的临床效果。方法对17例RockwoodⅢ型肩锁关节脱位患者采用TightRope钛板治疗,参照肩关节Karlsson和Constant-Murley评定标准进行疗效评估。结果患者均获得随访,时间6~12个月。术后6个月根据Karlsson评定标准评价:优良11例,满意6例;Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分总分由术前(44.65±6.63)分提高至(89.52±3.87)分,其他各项评分均优于术前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 TightRope钛板治疗RockwoodⅢ型肩锁关节脱位具有创伤小、切口美观、患者功能恢复良好的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of TightRope titanium plate fixation for the treatment of Rockwood Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods Seventeen patients diagnosed as Rochwood Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation were treated by using closed reduction and TightRope titanium plate fixation. Clinical efficacy of shoulder joint function was evaluated by the criteria of Karlsson and Constant-Murley. Results All the patients were successfully completed the surgery and follow-up. The average follow-up time ranged from 6 months to 12 months. The clinical efficacy evaluated by Karlsson criteria was excellent or good in 11 patients and satisfied in 6 patients at 6 months after surgery. Total scores of shoulder function assessed by using Constant-Murley criteria was improved at 6 months after surgery,compared with preoperative value,each evaluation score was significantly rised from44. 65 ± 6. 63 preoperatively to 89. 52 ± 3. 87,all other evaluation scores were improved postoperatively when compared with preoperative scores,which also showed statistically significant differences(P < 0. 01). Conclusions Closed reduction and TightRope titanium plate fixation are less trauma,cosmetic incision and favorable functional recovery in treating Rochwood Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation.更多还原
