【摘要】 目的探讨Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的姑息放疗在提高生活质量的同时是否可以提高生存期,并分析不同放疗剂量和治疗方式于患者的获益情况。方法收集2007.1-2011.12就诊于武汉大学中南医院的209例Ⅳ期NSCLC患者资料,建立数据库。记录患者的治疗情况并随访。使用SPSS 13.0统计学软件对患者进行生存分析。结果 209例Ⅳ期NSCLC患者中,所有Ⅳ期NSCLC的中位生存时间为13.7个月,总的1、2年生存率分别为53.1%、18.2%;姑息放疗组患者的中位生存期及1、2年生存率均明显高于未行姑息放疗组(分别为15个月,62.9%、22.9%;12个月,43.3%、13.5%,P<0.05)。结论Ⅳ期NSCLC患者中,局部病灶行姑息放疗在缓解症状同时还可以提高生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine if it could improve the overall survival (OS) to receive palliative radiotherapy in patients with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),while it could improve the healthy-related quality of life (HQROL,and to analyze the different clinical outcomes with different choice of treatment and total does of radiotherapy. Methods From Jan. 2007 to Dec. 2011,209 patients of stage IV NSCLC were included in this analysis. Their information and treatment of radiotherapy were recorded and followed-up. SPSS 13. 0 was used for statistical analysis of the patient’s survival. Results Among the 209 cases,the median survival time (MST) was 13. 7months of all the cases,one-year and two-year overall survival (OS) rates were 53. 1% and 18. 2%. The MST of one-year and two-year overall survival rates in the palliative radiaotherapy group was higher than that of the untreated group (15 months,62. 9% and 22. 9% vs. 12 months,43. 3% and 13. 5%,P < 0. 05). Conclusion For the stage Ⅳ NSCLC patients,the palliative therapy not only can relieve symptoms,but also can improve their OS.更多还原
