【Abstract】 Epithelial malignant tumor in digestive tract includes esophageal,gastric and colorectal cancer,all of which have precancerous lesions(intraepithelial neoplasia/dysplasia).In recent years,with the development of endoscopic techniques,more and more attention focuses at early esophageal cancer,early gastric cancer and colorectal intramucosal neoplasia/intramucosal carcinoma.Pathologic diagnosis is a critical factor affecting early diagnosis and treatment of early cancer in digestive tract.However,the differences between Japan and the West in the diagnosis of early cancer in digestive tract are still significant.This summary involves the pathologic diagnosis terminology,diagnostic criteria and pathologic diagnosis progress of precancerous lesions and early cancer of digestive tract carcinoma.更多还原
