【摘要】 服务群众是党一切工作的出发点和落脚点,高校基层党组织是党领导高校的组织基础。天津大学药物科学与技术学院是国家外专局、教育部联合推出的"高校国际化示范学院推进计划"全国首批四个试点学院之一,是天津大学的人才特区和国际化战略的试验区,学院的国际化发展建设离不开强有力的服务型党组织作为学院事业发展的坚强后盾。探索建立国际化示范学院中服务型党组织的建设、不断完善创新基层党组织的工作机制,实现党建工作与学院国际化发展的最佳结合,对促进学院的国际化发展具有更加迫切的现实意义和潜在的辐射示范效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 serving the masses is the starting point and the end result of all the work of the party. The party organizations at the grass-roots level of universities are the organizational basis for the party to lead the institutions of university. Tianjin University School of pharmaceutical science and technology is one of the four pilot colleges which launched by the State Bureau and the Ministry of Education jointly as the first batch of "promote the internationalization of universities demonstration school plan". It is the test area of talent zone and the internationalization strategy of TIANJIN university. The internationalization development of construction of college cannot do without strong party organization serving as a strong backing for career development of College. Constantly improve the working mechanism innovation of grass-roots party construction, party organization services to explore the establishment of internationalization model in the college, to achieve the best combination of international development of Party building work and the school, has a more urgent and practical significance and potential radiation demonstration effect to promote the college’s internationalization.更多还原
